reviewsGBP is a reply operations queue, not a personified review agent and not a Google Business Profile visibility pack.

## What it does

Connect verified Google Business Profile locations with official OAuth. Sync reviews. Draft a reply in the owner's voice (professional, friendly, or formal, plus per-location custom instructions). Edit, regenerate, post. Optionally auto-send only the star ratings the owner enables, with optional delay.

Hard rule: 1-star reviews never auto-post. Not a plan feature. Not a hidden flag.

Analytics: volume, star mix, response rate. Not a vanity reputation score.
