Who makes this

reviewsGBP is a product of VyrroTech. We build software that connects to Google Business Profile with official OAuth, drafts owner replies in your voice, and posts when you say so — or when a star-rating rule you enabled matches. That is the whole job.

What we refuse to build

• Auto-posting 1-star reviews. A public complaint is not a batch job.
• SMS or email review requests. We reply to reviews you already have.
• Unofficial Google access, scraping, or a Chrome extension that drives your session.
• Fake customer counts, invented testimonials, or a vanity “reputation score.”
• Google Posts, services optimization, or a Maps ranking checker. Those are a different product. We do not pretend we ship them.

What we will keep repeating

Approval is the default. Autopilot is a rule you turn on for ratings you trust. 1-star is excluded from that rule on every plan. You stay responsible for what goes out under the listing. OAuth and data are documented without a founder myth.
