AI Google review reply software
AI Google review replies — drafted in your voice, posted on your rules
AI Google review reply software that drafts in your voice, then waits. Post yourself, or auto-send only the star ratings you enable. Official Google OAuth. 14-day trial.
What an AI Google review reply tool should actually do
Most “AI review” pages sell a suite: SMS asks, survey funnels, 200 directories, a sales call. reviewsGBP does one job. A Google review lands on your Business Profile. The product drafts a reply that matches the stars, the text, and the voice you set. You glance, edit if you want, then post — or you turn on auto-send for the ratings you already trust.
That is Google review response software, not reputation management software. If you need Podium’s inbox or Birdeye’s listings, those products exist and they cost hundreds a month. If you need every Google review answered without living in the Google app, this is the queue.
How replies get from Google to a draft
- Connect a verified Google Business Profile with official OAuth.
- Sync reviews into one inbox (unreplied, draft ready, posted).
- Generate a draft in professional, friendly, or formal tone, plus any custom instructions for that location.
- Edit, regenerate, or post. Auto-reply is a separate switch.
Setup is connect, sync, optional brand-voice notes, then a first reply. Most owners send that first reply in under 15 minutes. You stay the Business Profile owner. Disconnecting a location revokes that location’s token.
Brand voice is instructions, not a personality you never wrote
Generic “Thank you for your valuable feedback” is how customers spot a robot. Per location you pick a tone and add short facts the model should not invent: hours, parking, the name you use for the team, whether 1- and 2-star replies should include a phone number. Keep instructions concrete. Drafts stay editable. Language follows the review when we can.
Voice is not a ranking trick. We do not stuff city and service keywords into every owner reply. Google has been tightening policy on templated and keyword-stuffed responses. Sound like the shop people walked into.
Who this is for
- Single-location owners tired of typing the same thank-you.
- Growth shops with a few Google listings and a shared brand voice.
- Agencies that need a 10-location plan without an enterprise contract — see Google review replies for agencies.
Starter is $19/month (1 location, 200 AI replies). Growth is $49 (3 locations, 500). Agency is $99 (10 locations, unlimited). All paid plans include a 14-day trial. Details on the pricing page.
Questions
Is this an AI Google review response tool or a full reputation suite?
A focused reply tool. reviewsGBP reads Google Business Profile reviews via official OAuth, drafts a reply in your voice, and posts when you approve — or when an auto-send rule you set matches the star rating. It does not send SMS review requests, monitor Yelp, or manage listings.
Will AI post without me seeing it?
Not by default. Manual mode keeps every draft in the queue until you hit Post. Auto-reply is opt-in per star rating. 1-star reviews never auto-post.
Does Google allow AI-written review replies?
You are responsible for what goes out under your listing. reviewsGBP uses Google’s official Business Profile APIs. We do not scrape or drive an unofficial browser session. Read every sensitive draft before it posts.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT does not sync your Google reviews, store brand voice per location, or post through OAuth. reviewsGBP is the queue: unreplied → draft ready → posted, with quotas that match the plan you pay for.
