How clients stay owners

The client remains the Business Profile owner or manager. You connect with OAuth they authorize. Disconnecting a location revokes that location’s token. Replies post as the business, the same as Google’s own UI.

What not to put in a client reply

Do not invent a refund the client never approved. Do not stuff the city + service into every thank-you as an SEO trick. Do not auto-send 1-star on a dental or legal client — those drafts need the owner. Package “review reply ops” as a line on the retainer, not as a fake white-label portal. Honest limit
