Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and VyrroTech, the operator of reviewsGBP (the “Service”). By creating an account, connecting Google, starting a trial, or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you can bind that business.

This is the contract for the product. It is not legal advice for your own Google listing or local advertising rules. Read the Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

1. The Service

reviewsGBP helps you manage Google Business Profile reviews: sync reviews, generate AI draft replies, edit them, post to Google when you choose, optionally auto-reply on star ratings you enable, and view volume, rating mix, and response rate. Features depend on your plan (including location and monthly AI-reply limits).

We may change, throttle, or discontinue features when Google’s APIs, safety rules, or our own operations require it. We will not invent capabilities the product does not have.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including teammates you invite if that feature is available to you. Notify us at hello@reviewsgbp.com if you believe the account is compromised.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, fails payment, abuses the Google connection, or creates risk for other customers or Google’s APIs.

3. Google Business Profile

To sync reviews and post replies you connect Google with official OAuth. You must have authority to manage the locations you connect. You authorize us to use the tokens and data needed to operate the Service for those locations until you disconnect them or delete your account.

Google’s terms, APIs, and policies apply to your listing and to every reply that posts. We do not scrape Google and we do not promise that Google will accept every reply. If a token expires or you revoke access, sync and posting stop until you reconnect.

Disconnecting a location in reviewsGBP stops sync and posting for that location. Existing review copies stored to run the product are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. AI drafts and public replies

Drafts are generated from review text, your tone and custom instructions, and our prompts. Models can be wrong, generic, or mismatched to a real complaint. You must review drafts before posting unless you have enabled auto-reply for that rating.

Auto-reply only runs on ratings you turn on, with any delay you set. One-star reviews are not auto-posted by the product. You remain responsible for every reply that goes out on your Google listing — including auto-sent replies.

You must not use the Service to generate or post content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, or that violates Google’s policies (including fake engagement or review gating that Google forbids). We may refuse or disable generation that hits safety filters or our blocklists.

As between you and VyrroTech, you own your custom instructions and the replies you post. We own the Service, software, and prompts. We do not claim your Google reviews; they remain on Google under Google’s rules.

5. Plans, trials, and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe, who is the merchant of record for those payments (tax/VAT invoicing is handled by Stripe). Display prices on the site are monthly list prices; checkout shows the amount you will pay before you confirm.

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial unless we state otherwise at checkout. After the trial, Stripe charges the plan you selected unless you cancel first. Cancel in the billing portal from Billing. When you cancel at period end you keep access until that period ends.

Location and AI-reply limits are enforced in the product. If you exceed location limits, extra locations may become read-only until you upgrade or disconnect extras. Unused monthly AI replies do not roll over unless we explicitly say so.

Some accounts may be granted a plan manually. Manual grants are not Stripe subscriptions; receipts for those, if any, come from VyrroTech. Refunds for Stripe charges follow Stripe’s process and applicable law. Email hello@reviewsgbp.com if the portal will not open.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Probe, disrupt, or overload the Service or our APIs
• Share login credentials or resell the Service without a written deal
• Connect locations you do not have the right to manage
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, safety filters, or Google OAuth
• Use drafts to impersonate another business or to spam

7. Availability and support

We aim for a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Google outages, OAuth errors, and AI provider downtime can delay sync or drafts. Support is available at hello@reviewsgbp.com and the contact page.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI DRAFTS ARE ACCURATE, THAT REPLIES WILL IMPROVE RATINGS, OR THAT GOOGLE WILL KEEP CURRENT APIS UNCHANGED.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VyrroTech AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, IF GREATER, THE MINIMUM LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify VyrroTech against claims arising from your replies, your Google listings, your instructions to the AI, or your breach of these Terms or Google’s policies, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account from Settings (or by emailing hello@reviewsgbp.com if deletion is unavailable in-product). We may terminate for violation of these Terms or for prolonged non-payment. After termination, posted Google replies remain on Google. Account data is deleted or anonymized as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change. If a change is material we will notify the account email or show a notice in the dashboard. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where VyrroTech maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws of your country require otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, except that either party may seek injunctive relief where the other party is located.
