A trusted manager does not thank a 1-star that alleges food poisoning, theft, or a named employee while they sleep. They read it. They take it offline. They do not let a batch job apologize for the wrong fact.

What goes wrong when 1-star is on autopilot

• The model echoes a diagnosis or an admission you did not intend.
• It names staff in a disciplinary story you have not checked.

• It offers a coupon, which Google’s owner-reply policy restricts.
• It sounds chipper on a review about harm. That sentence lives on the listing.

Optional delay on 5-star exists because sarcasm hides in praise. 1-star does not get a delay. It gets a person.
