Cancel, disconnect, and data
Stripe period-end cancel. Google data stays on Google. Our copies leave when you disconnect or delete the account.
Cancel
Billing → customer portal. Cancel at period end. You keep the product until that date. We do not claw back posted Google replies — those belong to the listing.
Disconnect a location
Settings on that business. Sync stops. Token is revoked. Drafts for that location are no longer posted from reviewsGBP. Already-live owner replies remain on Google.
Delete the account
Account settings. That removes reviewsGBP user data per the Privacy Policy, including stored review copies and drafts we kept to run the queue.
Questions
Is there a refund after the trial?
No separate money-back window. Cancel in the portal; access runs through the period you paid.
Who owns the reviews?
Google and the reviewers. We store what we need to draft and post. See Privacy.
