Connect a Google Business Profile
You grant access. Google issues a token. We read reviews and post replies you authorize. There is no browser login to scrape.
What you need
A Google account that is owner or manager on the Business Profile. Personal Gmail is fine if that is the listing owner. Workspace is fine. If you cannot see Reviews in Google’s own UI, we cannot either.
- The listing must be verified.
- Use the same Google identity you already manage the profile with.
- Agencies: the client remains the owner. They authorize; you sit the queue.
The flow
From Connect, start Google OAuth. Pick the account, approve Business Profile access, then choose which locations to attach. First sync pulls existing reviews into the inbox. New reviews land on the next sync.
Disconnect
Settings → disconnect that location. The token for that listing is revoked on our side. Replies already posted stay on Google — they are Google’s data. You can also revoke access in your Google account security page.
Questions
Do you store my Google password?
No. OAuth only. You can revoke the app from Google’s account permissions at any time.
Can I connect more than one location?
Yes, up to the plan cap: Starter 1, Growth 3, Agency 10.
