Clinics: keep care out of the Google review reply

A restaurant can echo the pasta. A clinic cannot echo the diagnosis the patient just published. The public bar is privacy, not cleverness. Thank them. Invite the desk. Do not confirm that they were even a patient if your counsel says not to — but do not ghost the listing either. A calm, non-clinical sentence is the usual path.

Instructions that help the model

  • Never repeat symptoms, dates of service, or clinician names from the review.
  • Never argue clinical facts.
  • Always include the desk number on mixed and negative drafts.

Auto-send

5-star thank-yous can auto-send if they stay non-clinical. 1-star never auto-posts. When in doubt, keep auto-send off. Templates for clinics exist so humans still have a starting paragraph that does not leak a chart.
