Reply to every Google review without living in the inbox

Google reviews still land on your Business Profile whether you check them or not. The work is the reply: matching tone, answering the actual comment, and posting before the thread goes cold.

The loop the product is built for

You connect a Google Business Profile with official OAuth, sync reviews into one inbox, and generate a draft you can edit. Nothing posts to Google until you hit Post — unless you turn on auto-reply for specific star ratings.

That last part matters. Auto-reply is a rule you set, not a default. One-star reviews never auto-post. You can add a delay so a draft sits until you have had a chance to look.

What you see in the queue

  • Unreplied
  • Draft ready
  • Posted
  • Analytics that stay honest: volume, star mix, response rate — not a fake reputation score

Setup

Connect, sync, optional brand-voice notes, then a first reply. If you already live in Gmail or the Google Business app, this does not replace Google. It sits next to it so drafts and posting happen in one place.

Questions

Does this replace the Google Business app?

No. Reviews stay on Google. reviewsGBP sits next to the listing so drafts and posting happen in one queue under the account you already own.
